He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Thompson and Katie Thompson (Holt); his children, Jeff Thompson and Lesa Thompson; his granddaughters, Nicole Hefferon and Krista Thompson; his great grandchild Elery Yingling; his siblings, Sheldon, Leonard, Paul, Lee, Dean Thompson, Martha Rosamilia, Florence McClure, Glayds McKivison and Lola Thompson; and his pet Abby.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Thompson of Ohio, Sandra Koleno (Rick) of Lock Haven, Lana Sutton (Rich) of Howard, Joyce Thompson (Joe Confer) of Howard and Cathy Nyman (Russ Dolan) of Howard; his brother Arlin Thompson (Sharon) of Howard; the mother of his children Patricia Stover of Howard; and his pet Jax. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Howard United Methodist Church West Main (144 W Main St, Howard, PA 16841). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 4:45 PM at the Lions Club Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Howard United Methodist Church West Main (144 W Main St, Howard, PA 16841).
