The memory of Beverly A. Gardner of Howard, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shuey and Ethel Shuey (Fye); her sons, Merrill Gardner and Daniel Gardner; her great grandchild Ty Steven Moore; and her siblings, Alvin Shuey, Miles Shuey, Cecil Shuey, Kenny Shuey, Allen Shuey, Donald, Jimmy, Irene Sampsell, Milly Shuey, Pearl Packer, Betty Craig, Genevieve Gordon, Alzene Lenker and Hazel.
She is survived by: her husband Paul J. "Jack" Gardner; her daughter Debra I. Lyons (Daniel) of Howard; her grandchildren, Heather Moore (Steve), Daniel Lyons, Jr. and Tanya Summers; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bruce, Garrett, Olivia, Kendall, Natalie and Parker.
Viewing was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home (201 Spring St, Milesburg, PA 16853). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Schenck's Cemetery.
