She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Albright and Melissa Albright (Walls); her husband Ray I. Phillips; her son Dean L. Phillips; her great great grandchild Alana Kanouff; and her siblings, Jesse Cramer, Bess Martin, Louise Phillips, Faye Jean Berg, Porter, Roy, Earl and Bill Albright.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Refalsky (Bob) of DuBois, PA and Sharon McIntire (Don) of Houtzdale, PA; her siblings, Lena Woods (Jack) of West Decatur, PA, Mary Yarger and Richard Albright of Brisbin, PA.; and her daughter-in-law Elaine V. Phillips. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
