He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zazworsky and Shirley Zazworsky (Stewart); and his sister Melinda Beers. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Zazworsky (Rebar); his children, Dustin Zazworsky (Jaclyn) of Houtzdale and Katelyn Zazworsky of Houtzdale; and his grandchildren, Rosalie and Grant Zazworsky.
