She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Light (Mann) of Philipsburg, PA; her children, Karen Gearhart of Houtzdale, PA and Charles E. Spencer, Jr. of Coalport, PA; her brother Richard Kerr (Jane) of Houtzdale, PA; her grandson Todd Spencer; her granddaughter-in-law Patty; and her grandchildren, Christina, Charles, Terry, Lance, Melissa, Jessie, Dylan Spencer and Sara Stiver. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
