It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristine Sefchick of Houtzdale, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hinman and Mary Hinman (Beck). She is survived by: her husband Jerome Sefchick; her children, Bethany Sefchick (Edward Dianna) of State College and Nate Sefchick of Houtzdale; and her brother Ernest Hinman of Houtzdale.

“I am sorry to hear of Kris' passing. We had worked at Liberty Mutual in Brooklyn together and I took (this country girl) under my wings (her words). I had been sending Christmas cards but she either did not sign them, or stopped sending them to me. She had always sent me pictures of all the happy events in her life. I had seen something on Bethany's posting that she had (I believe) heart surgery and lost a lot of weight. I know you will see her again. With sympathy, [email protected]”
