Hayward (Lynn Ann) of Osceola Mills, PA; her siblings, Jackie Hewitt of Mahaffey, PA and Bernie Carns; and her grandchildren, Breana, Hannah, Olivia and Jason. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
