Smith (Kim) of Houtzdale, PA; his sister Margaret Harvey (John) of Drifting, PA; his grandchildren, Courtney Callahan, Brittney Smith, Kyrstie Murphy, Kelsie Murphy, Kristin Murphy, Keshia Smith, Destiny Smith, Justine Smith, Candice Diehl, Coollette Diehl, Corrin Diehl, Carissa Chandler and Carlie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Riley, Noah and Carter.
