She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Roach and Maude Roach (Quick); and her siblings, Norabelle Martin, Betty Burton, Harriet Hubler, Phyllis Jean Roach and Patrick Roach.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. Supko; her children, Rebecca Blount of Curwensville, PA, Sue Supko Yarger (Dale) of Houtzdale, PA, Patti Baker (Larry Baker) of Clearfield and Daniel B. Supko (Patty); her sisters, Kathryn Mehallow of Hawk Run, PA and Ellen Bambarger of Morrisdale, PA; her grandchildren, Robert Burns, Jennifer Supko Pettina, Benjamin Supko, Nicholas Bartley, Kristen Bartley, Allison Bartley, Amanda Baker, Gabriell Baker and Jebadiah Baker; and her sister-in-law Elsie Roach of Coalport, PA.. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
