He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Congie and Elizabeth Ranko Congie. He is survived by: his wife Darlene "Dolly" Durish; his sons, Bill Congie Jr. of Washington, Rob Congie (Debby) of Canonsburg and Joe Congie of Houston; his grandchildren, Sarah, Clairissa, Gina, Kaley and Joe Jr.; and his great grandchild Charli. He is also survived by sister.
