Dorchak Jr. of Houston, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Dorchak Sr. and Judith Cushey Stiffler (Harry) of Claysville; and his sister Tzena Dorchak. He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Hollenbach of Fl and Kimberly Cummins of Meadow Lands; and his half-brother Neil Dorchak III. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
