He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mazza and Margaret Valinote Mazza; and his siblings, James Mazza and Josephine Mazza Andy. He is survived by: his wife Janice Buquet; his daughters, Michelle Henderson (John) of Bridgeville, Marsha Davis (Ed) of Canonsburg and Karen Luginski (Mark); and his grandsons, Joseph Henderson (Claire), Keith Henderson (Geneva), Eddie Davis (Kayleigh), Douglas Harrison (Rachel), Michael and Nicholas Harrison. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
