He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Gill Brown Freeman and Odell Brown. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bailey Brown of Washington; his children, Dana Brown of Washington, Valerie Davis-Hamilton (Tim) of Washington and Jason Brown of Novi, MI; his sisters, Cynthia Johnson (Lovell) of Canonsburg, Jessie Johnson of Canonsburg, Glenda Smith (Donald) of Canonsburg and Darla Williams (Joseph) of Tampa, FL; his stepfather Isaac W. Freeman; and his brother Isaac W. Freeman Jr.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
