It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Anne Smith (Houston, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tilghman I. Thorpe and Nellie Marie Thrasher Thorpe; her husband Thomas Alton Smith, Jr. of Eighty Four, PA; her children, Sharon Anne Knipmeyer (Stephen Louis), Thomas Alton Smith, III (Lisa Renee) and Timothy Harlow Smith (Jayme Lyn); her grandchildren, Nathan Thomas Smith, Allison Janae Smith, Katherine Anne Knipmeyer, Ethan James Smith and Abbey Marie Smith; and her sister Marilyn Jean Horne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chartiers Hill United Presbyterian Church, Eastern Star, or Peters Township Public Library.
