She was predeceased by: her husband John Michael Polly; her daughter Lynnda Willner; and her siblings, Dominick Politan, Pete Politan, Joseph Politan, Thelma Hundagen, Rosella Finney and Mildred Martiscius.
She is survived by: her parents, Pete Politan and Elizabeth Powell Politan; her son John "Chip" Michael Polly, II; her daughter-in-law Robin; her sisters, Lucille Tomsic and Caroline Dorazio (Dominick); her granddaughters, Lisa Marie Spader (John) and Kerri Armstrong (Joe); her great grandchildren, Collin Spader, Caden Spader and Ella Armstrong; and her friend Diana Martik. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
