She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Douglas and Joan Sentipal Douglas; and her sister-in-law Irene Douglas. She is survived by: her brother Steve Douglas of Canonsburg; her nephews, Sean (Reba), Christopher (Amanda) and Matthew Douglas; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dawson, Dalton, Briley and Ariella.
