He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Casper and Anna Shalosky Casper. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bird; his children, Darren Casper of McDonald and Shelly Snowden (James "King") of McKees Rocks; his stepson J. D. Bird (Carie) of Houston; his grandchildren, Devin Casper of Canonsburg, Rebecca Cummins (A. J.) of Neshannock and Jacob Snowden of McKees Rocks; his stepgrandson Tyler Bird of Apopka, FL; his great grandchild Mason Cummins; and his brother John Thomas "T. C.". He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nephews.
