She is survived by: her sons, Brian Polk (Karen) and Timothy Polk (Janet) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Kaley Zuniga (Henry) and Amy Shott (Josh); her great grandchildren, Paige, Lydia, Margo Shott, Beau, Scout and Mylin Zuniga; and her siblings, Robert Cross of Taunton, MA, Ronald, Irvin Cross Jr., Clyeta Huhn, Becky Charnovich and Katherine LaCotta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
