He was predeceased by: his mother Constance H. Dean. He is survived by: his father James J. Dean; his sister Molly Dean Bittner of Richmond, VA.; his brother-in-law Stephen Bittner; and his nephews, Robert "Bo" of Richmond and James Bittner of Richmond.
