He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cochrane; his sister Mary Ann Allen (Martin) of Green Valley, AZ; his stepchildren, Patricia Tomazin (Joseph) of Samsula, FL, Dr. Teresa Mae Allen (Nikolai Kerry) of Captain, USN and Arthur Reeg Allen III (Jennifer) of Mars; and his stepgrandchildren, Jewel, Joey, Jillian, Jenna Tomazin, Helen Kerry, Lana, Emma and Arthur Reeg "RJ" Allen IV.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Camp Laurelview, 384 SR 3031, Rockwood, PA 15557.
