He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Furman and Mary Kowalin Furman; his wife Marlene Hagerty; his children, Dwight Carr of Uniontown, Tammy Myers of Houston and Melinda Williams (William) of Houston; his grandchildren, Heather Camden, Jason Myers, Tyler, Noah Williams, Caroline Metzler, Candace Casterline and Miranda Smith; his great grandchildren, Lane, Lucas, Lily Camden, Makayla, Kamrynn Myers and Jade Smith; his grandson Brayden Williams; and his son-in-law Ernest Myers. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
