He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dominac J Fazzolari and Elizabeth Fazzolari (Whitfield); his wife Dorothy Jean; his children, Donald "Fuzzy" Fazzolari (Susan) of Hickory and Darlene Dunn (Jim) of Chartiers Twp; his grandchildren, Stacy Schamp (Bill) and Joe Dunn (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Hope Gillespie (Nathan Kroboth), Matthew Dunn and Nolan Schamp; his brother Terry Fazzolari (Donna) of Washington; and his grandson James Dunn.
