Trefnoff of Houston, Pennsylvania, born in Claysville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2024 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clark and Martha Simms Clark; and her son Steven Dale Trefnoff. She is survived by: her children, Christine McNeely of Canonsburg, Lois Trefnoff of Mt. Pleasant, Melissa Varner (Tom) of Washington and Randy Trefnoff (Peggy) of Houston; her grandchildren, Gary McNeeley (Stephanie), Renee Ferrari (John), Matt Williams (Jackie), Drew Williams (Jonelle), Chance Varner (Rayner), Spencer Varner, Stephen Trefnoff (Laura), Chelsey Young (Jesse) and Dr. Sara Forstner (Mike); her siblings, Ruth Serra of Youngstown, Kay Clark of Youngstown and Fred Clark (Evelyn) of Claysville; her husband Steve Trefnoff; and her granddaughter Katie McNeely Majeski. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
