He was predeceased by: his father Joseph I. Wareham. He is survived by: his parent Marion Wareham; his children, Willis Wareham Jr., Joseph Wareham and Diane Wareham (Diane McCarthy); his wife Charlotte Wareham (Macantee); his daughter Mackenzee Wareham; and his grandchildren, Thomas Mullen, Stacy Mullen and Jaclyn Mullen. He is also survived by his wife, 4 children, 3 stepchildren, his mother, 5 siblings, 3 daughter in-laws, 20 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and some great friends.
