He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen D. Ortolani. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Goldkamp (Michael) and Stephen Ortolani (Leslie); his grandchildren, Julia Politano (August), Michelle Sinnamon (Jeffrey), Jeffrey Goldkamp (Nibha), Caitlin Leonard (Ryan), Meghan Ortolani and Andrea Ortolani; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Flynn, Shay Sinnamon and Zoe Leonard.
