Foy Jr. of Horsham, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anthony Foy, Annamarie Kelly, Teresa Ann Foy and Michael C. Foy. He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Laura Cincotti (Nick Bianchi); his siblings, Carol (Foy), Hagan (late William) and Edward Foy; and his brother-in-law Patrick Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews.
