He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Chlebowski and Anna Chlebowski (Nowicki); and his brothers, Robert and Daniel Chlebowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Brett of Trooper; his children, Ronald L. Brett (Dorothy Ann) of Horsham, Linda Snyder (Robert) of Hatboro and Charlene Santillo of Gilbertsville; his grandchildren, Chandra Mackin (Michael), Ryan Snyder, Samantha Douglas (Matthew), Dayna Lockard (Jeff), Allison Brett, Amanda Brett and Alexis Brett; and his great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Cole, Haley, Emma and Braelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“In loving memory of Rudy Brett, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I met Rudy as a young football official 25 years ago. He gave me my first opportunity to officiate BuxMont youth games and later we worked together on many varsity high school games together. While we worked hard during the games, we also had fun. I appreciated his professionalism and good sense of humor. Rudy was good to me and will be missed.”
