He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Courtney Esposito; his granddaughter Giana Esposito; his stepdaughter Breeanna Zawistowski; his siblings, James (Susan), Mark Cake and Lynn Cake Dahl (Douglas); and his cousin Rosemary Hinkle (Alan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
