She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Herbert L. Poate III; her children, Heidi L. Poate (Lori L. Strobel), Herbert L. Poate IV and Heather Leigh Poate; and her sisters, Donna McVey (Allen) and Stephanie Bakos (Bob).
