He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Michael Patrick (Lauren), Poppi, Cecilia Rose, Anthony Michael II (Erin) and DJ; and his siblings, Joseph, Dave Perno (Nancy) and Diane Micciche (Joe). He is also survived by brother and sister in laws and countless nieces and nephews.

“i went to the laundromat today and was saddened to learn of Mr Perno's passing. he was reliably helpful, pleasant and kind. i saw him this past spring and he called me, dear when responding to a question - i felt that he sensed my vulnerability and was compassionate towards it. i could rely on the machines working and reaching him if there was any problem; moreover, i was glad that he chose to stay with coins rather than those pesky cards. may your memories - and your mourning bring comfort.”
