He was predeceased by: his stepbrother William; and his great grandchild Colton. He is survived by: his wife Constance J. Degen (Snow); his children, Stephen J. Degen, Deborah L. Gates (Scott) and Douglas S. Degen (Jinjer); and his brother Dennis A. Degen (Linda). He is also survived by grandchildren, seven cherished great grandchildren.
