With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph J. Durkin Jr. (Horsham, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Joseph departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joseph leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Durkin (Moran) and Joseph Durkin. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Durkin (McGovern); his children, Jacqulyn, Tara and Patrick; and his grandson Rory. He is also survived by six siblings, an extended family, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (321 Witmer Rd, Horsham, PA 19044). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
