“I'm so sorry to hear of Fran's passing. He was the kindest and most generous man. I had the pleasure of working with him at Keith Valley Middle School and on many high school musicals. My girls were so fortunate to have him as their band instructor as well as choral director; at the high school concerts, he always kept the audience entertained with his humorous anecdotes. RIP dearest man.”
