He was predeceased by: his stepfather Frederick V. Alldred. He is survived by: his parents, David J. Schild Sr. of Allentown and Nancy Alldred (Focht) of Horsham; his son Anthony Paul Allen of Green Lane; his siblings, Frederick V. Alldred of East Petersburg and Heather R. Schild of Willow Grove; his niece Madison R. Alldred of East Petersburg; and his grandparents, George and Elizabeth Focht. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a trust fund is being established for David's son.
