He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. McGovern and Elizabeth McGovern; his brother-in-law Bill; and his nephew Greg. He is survived by: his sisters, Betsy Finerghty (Tom), Eileen Cleary and Maureen Sibley (Bob). He is also survived by one niece and four nephews along with five grandnieces and four grand nephews.
