He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Smith and Josephine Najdek Smith; and his siblings, Angela Pikulski, Frank Smith and Joseph Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Cindi; his son Adam (Shelly); his grandchildren, Anastasia and Alexander; his siblings, Anna Mays, John Smith (Carol), Bruno Smith, Catherine Petipas, Walter Smith, June Smith, Chantal Smith, George Seman and Joyce Brown (John); and his pet Henry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
