With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel C Baker of Hopwood, Pennsylvania, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2022 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Luther Combs and Lauretta Conard Combs; her husband Hugh R. Baker; her son Hugh E. Baker; and her siblings, Loretta Kittridge, Blanche Burwell, Eleanor Noble, Jean Mitchell, Joe Combs, Howard Combs and Virginia Elleard.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Baker (Shirley), Brenda Banko (Andrew), Bonnie Heinbaugh (Dave) and Harry Baker (Amber); and her sister Harriett Forcheck. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
