He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Kay (Walls); his sister Rhonna Beatty; and his grandparents, Gregory Bokoch (Rosalia), Mary and Oscar Walls.
He is survived by: his father G. Phillip Bokoch Sr. (Diana) of Uniontown; his siblings, Ron Beatty of Hopwood, Sarah Glisan (Michael) of Uniontown and Mike Bokoch (Virginia Dzul Church) of San Francisco, CA; and his stepmother Judith Bokoch (Nicole Bragg) of Redwood California.
