He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gerald and Betty Lou Anderson (Shaffer); his grandchild Jesse Provance; and his sister Denise North-Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Anderson (Fotta); his children, Shelley-Jo Madison (Allister) of Uniontown, John W. Provance of Hopwood and Selena Mullins (Mark) of Dunbar; his grandchildren, Mallory Hillen (Tom) of Dunbar, Melinda Madison of Lemont Furnace, Mariah Kostelnik of Masontown, McKenzie Provance (Chase) of Smock, Samantha Harper (Christopher) of Uniontown, Sharon Carpenter (Michael) of Fairmont, WV and Jerry Barney (Matt) of Lemont Furnace; and his siblings, Greg Anderson (Tammy) of Hopwood, Beth Anderson Lenkey of New Salem, Todd Anderson (Darlene) of Uniontown, Troy Anderson (Terry) of Republic, Amy Ondra (Marcus) of Uniontown and Jason Anderson (Daniel) of Hopwood. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Crawford Funeral Home (1189 National Pike, Hopwood, PA 15445). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Walnut Hill Cemetery (132 Collier Rd, Uniontown, PA 15401).
