He is survived by: his wife Nancy Harvey (Adams); his children, Kimberly Ruffcorn (Harry) of Brownsville and George W. Harvey, III (Jennifer) of Grindstone; his grandsons, Zachary, Noah, Elijah and Thomas; his sister Joyce Shook of California; and his brother-in-law Cecil Smith (James Kendall) of Uniontown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
