He is survived by: his wife Paulmena Pizzurro (Piccolomini); his children, Trina (Don Cortese) of Johnstown and Frank S. Pizzurro Jr. (Kimberly) of Uniontown; his brother Vincent Pizzurro of Fairfax, Virginia.; and his grandsons, Carlo (Elizabeth Cortese) and Sergio (Franchesca Pizzurro).
