He is survived by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Lorna Hyman Johnson; his brother Kurt Johnson (Rosemary) of Vanderbilt; his nephews, Kurt, Jr., Brandon, Cory and Tyler Johnson; and his friends, Joe, Andrea Abraham, Gregg, Julia Baugh, Clyde Sphon, Misty, Maggie Oldonburg, Michael, Beth Fugozzotto, John Svokos, German Shepard and Zoey. He is also survived by four great nieces and four great nephews.
