He is survived by: his stepdaughter Ruth Pappas; his stepgrandsons, Ted, Jason, Mike Pappas, DJ, Jimmy and Shawn Johnson; and his brothers, Frank Watters (Phyllis) of Rices Landing, William Watters of North Carolina and Charles Watters of Tionesta.
