He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Whitey" William Miller and Evelyn Irene (Stefan); and his brother James Miller Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Charles W. Miller Jr. (Traci Crossland) of Brownfield and Megan Miller (Tyler Martin) of Hopwood; his brother Dale R. Miller; and his nieces, Cynthia Knox, Ashley Miller and Cassandra Brown.
