She was predeceased by: her parents, Erle B. Jones and Mavde Jones (Wardlow); her husband Dale Adams; her sister Doris Spain; and her son-in-law James H. Spaw.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Andrews (Bill) of Jeannette and Carol J. Spaw of York; her grandsons, Richard Spaw (Connie) of York, Roger Spaw (Amy) of State College and Samuel Nixon (Jennifer) of Yukon; and her sister Bonnie Guthrie of Hastings Nebraska. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
