He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Kathleen Pizer; and his sister Joan Maykuth (Bob). He is survived by: his children, Brian Schultheis of Jacksonville, Eric Schultheis of Centerville, Virginia, Luann Chmelovski (Mike) of Naperville and Alicia (Dave); his grandchildren, Erica (Steve), Aaron, Brandon, Krystan and Rachel; his siblings, Dale Schultheis, Marjorie Seashore and Shirley Grooms; and his niece Rochelle Farmerie.
