He was predeceased by: his father Victor Emmanuel Cushanick, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Alexandra Cushanick, Carol Ann Cushanick and Katherine Cushanick; his mother Julia M. Cushanick,; his sister Beth Ann Cushanick; his great-nephew Silas; his close friend Eddie Hudzinski; and also Brieann. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
