It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa (Barson) Helms (Hopewell, Pennsylvania), born in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Barson and Mary Barson (Plofchan); her husband Frank Helms; her son Frank Helms; and her siblings, Nicholas Barson, Jr., Michael "Sonny" Barson and Marion Sisson.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Helms, Denis Helms and Edward (Susan Helms); her daughter-in-law Christine Helms; her sisters, Helen Catus, Delores Andy and Carol Haney; and her niece Mary Kay Simpson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
