He is survived by: his parent Mary Michalik (Kogut); his wife Sophie Michalik (Niklewicz); and his daughters-in-law, Ted Michalik, Mary Michalik of Louisville, KY, Stephen Michalik of Raccoon Twp, Thomas Michalik of Raccoon Twp, Barbara Michalik of Raccoon Twp, Michael Michalik and Debbie Michalik.
