She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ball and Alice Ball (Kistler); and her siblings, Robert Ball and Nancy Ball. She is survived by: her children, John Smith (Janet) of Hollywood, FL., Pamela Ondovchik (George) and Vicki Cwynar (Al); her grandchildren, Justin Cwynar (Nicole), Mandi Cwynar, Jared Ondovchik (Cecilia), Noelle Haswell, Braden Ondovchik, Ethan Ondovchik and Kevin Smith (Alyssa); and her great grandchildren, Brody, Bentley Haswell, Maura, Maren Cwynar and Greyson Ondovchik.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio U.P. Church.
